Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 5 October 2026 · 24 sections · 72 numbered points · English
1. Agreement and scope
- 1.1 These Terms & Conditions describe the conditions for using Didloo and its available features. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and any specific rules displayed for a paid feature, promotion, AI tool or business interaction.
- 1.2 By choosing to create an account or use the service, you agree to the applicable terms to the extent permitted by law. If you cannot agree, do not proceed with the affected feature. Merely opening these documents is not a separate consent to optional data processing.
- 1.3 The service can include messaging, voice and video calls, groups, profiles, business interactions and optional AI or rewards features. A feature appearing in the app does not imply it is available in every region or on every device.
2. Eligibility and account ownership
- 2.1 You must have the legal capacity and any authorization required to use the service in your location. Any minimum age or parental authorization requirement imposed by applicable law must be satisfied before account creation.
- 2.2 Use a phone number that you are authorized to access. Do not register with another person's number, misrepresent your age or identity, or create an account on behalf of an organization unless you have authority to act for it.
- 2.3 If you stop controlling a registered phone number, use the supported account controls to update it or end your account access. A recycled number and an unsecured SIM can create risks that you must address promptly.
3. Registration and verification
- 3.1 Provide accurate registration information and follow the verification flow. Verification codes establish access to a number at the time of verification; they do not independently prove a person's legal identity or the trustworthiness of a business.
- 3.2 Keep verification codes and session credentials confidential. Didloo users, businesses and people claiming to provide support should not need you to send them your code through a conversation.
- 3.3 Code requests may be limited to prevent misuse. Do not automate repeated verification attempts, bypass waiting periods or interfere with authentication systems. A verification delay does not justify creating fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
4. Account security and linked devices
- 4.1 You are responsible for reasonable protection of devices and sessions under your control. Secure your screen lock, review linked devices and sign out of devices you no longer use or trust.
- 4.2 Only link devices you own or are authorized to use. Someone with access to a linked session may see synchronized account information and act through your account. A friendly device name does not guarantee that the session is safe.
- 4.3 Notify the official service contact of suspected unauthorized access and take available protective steps. Do not intentionally share access to facilitate fraud or let someone use your account to evade restrictions.
5. Permission-based features
- 5.1 Some features need operating-system permissions, including contacts, camera, microphone, notifications or selected media. Review permission prompts and grant access only when you want to use the relevant feature.
- 5.2 You can deny or revoke optional permissions, but the associated feature may then be limited. For example, calls need microphone access, video capture needs camera access, and contact discovery may need contact synchronization.
- 5.3 A permission choice does not authorize you to upload information belonging to someone else without a lawful basis. You remain responsible for the content and address-book information you choose to submit.
6. Messaging and calls
- 6.1 Use communications for lawful purposes and respect the people you contact. Obtain any required consent before sending unsolicited commercial messages, recording a call or sharing another person's contact details.
- 6.2 Messages and calls depend on networks, devices, participant availability and service operation. Delivery indicators and activity status are aids to communication and should not be treated as a guarantee that a person read or understood a message.
- 6.3 Didloo is not an emergency response service. Use the appropriate local emergency channel for urgent assistance and do not depend on an app message or call for time-critical safety instructions.
7. Group participation and administration
- 7.1 Administrators should manage groups responsibly, add people only when appropriate and explain the group's purpose. Members should respect group rules and the privacy of everyone involved.
- 7.2 Do not use a group to coordinate harassment, distribute unlawful material or expose a person's private information. An invitation to a group is not permission to repost its members' messages publicly.
- 7.3 Group roles and membership may change through the supported controls. Losing access to a group does not entitle you to bypass access restrictions, impersonate a member or obtain content through another person's compromised account.
8. Your content and permissions
- 8.1 You retain any rights you hold in the content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, send, edit or share it, including any applicable permissions from the people depicted or identified.
- 8.2 By submitting content, you authorize the handling necessary to operate the requested feature, including delivery, storage, display, technical formatting and synchronization with the intended audience. This does not transfer your ownership of the content.
- 8.3 Do not submit material that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality or other rights. Having a copy of a file or receiving it in a chat does not automatically give you permission to distribute it further.
9. Prohibited content
- 9.1 Do not distribute unlawful content, credible threats, sexual exploitation material, instructions intended to facilitate violent wrongdoing or material that unlawfully invades another person's privacy.
- 9.2 Do not use the service for targeted harassment, stalking, discriminatory abuse, extortion, impersonation or scams. Do not publish addresses, identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information to intimidate or harm someone.
- 9.3 Do not share malware, deceptive downloads or links designed to steal account access. Content restrictions apply to text, attachments, profile information, business descriptions, group details and AI requests as well as messages.
10. Prohibited service misuse
- 10.1 Do not access another person's account, intercept communications, probe protected systems without authorization or bypass authentication and access controls. Report a suspected security problem responsibly through an official channel.
- 10.2 Do not scrape users' personal information, harvest phone numbers, send automated spam or use the service to build unauthorized contact databases. Normal access to a profile does not authorize mass collection.
- 10.3 Do not manipulate referral activity, reward completion, credit balances or transaction records. Do not overload the service, falsify client requests or exploit an error to obtain benefits you are not entitled to receive.
11. Profiles and representation
- 11.1 Choose names, pictures and descriptions that you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another individual, business, government body or Didloo representative, or imply an affiliation you do not have.
- 11.2 Keep business and contact information reasonably current. If you publish an offer or business description, you are responsible for its accuracy and for any legally required disclosures.
- 11.3 Badges, profile pictures and visible account details may help identify an account but do not replace independent verification. Check the identity of a recipient before sharing sensitive information or agreeing to a transaction.
12. Business transactions
- 12.1 Any arrangement you make with another user or business must be evaluated independently. Clarify pricing, delivery, cancellation and refund conditions with the business before placing an order or sending payment.
- 12.2 Businesses are responsible for their own products, services, communications and applicable obligations. Using Didloo to communicate does not automatically make Didloo a party to the underlying purchase or professional engagement.
- 12.3 Do not request card security codes, account passwords or one-time banking codes through ordinary chats. Use an appropriate trusted payment flow and keep records of significant commercial commitments.
13. AI tools and prompts
- 13.1 AI features process the prompts and references you submit to generate content. You are responsible for ensuring those inputs are lawful and that you have permission to use personal images, documents and other reference material.
- 13.2 Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Review generated text and media before relying on them, publishing them or sharing them with others.
- 13.3 Do not use AI features to impersonate people deceptively, create unlawful material or evade the content rules. An AI result is not a substitute for qualified advice where professional judgment is needed.
14. Generated content and third-party rights
- 14.1 You must assess whether a generated result is appropriate for its intended use. Similar or overlapping outputs may be generated for different users, and this document does not promise exclusivity or intellectual-property protection for a result.
- 14.2 Respect any provider-specific terms displayed for an AI feature. If a result resembles protected content or includes information about a real person, review the relevant rights before publication.
- 14.3 Do not remove disclosures required by law or use generated content to mislead someone about an event, an identity or a business. Responsibility for the way you present and distribute the result remains with you.
15. Credits and paid features
- 15.1 Before obtaining credits or using a paid feature, review the price, quantity, included usage and any conditions shown in that flow. Do not assume a trial, promotional benefit or free allowance will continue indefinitely.
- 15.2 Credits represent the supported usage described by the applicable feature. Do not assume credits can be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account or exchanged for another product unless the published feature rules expressly permit it.
- 15.3 If a paid request fails or a balance appears incorrect, keep the transaction reference and raise the issue through the official channel. Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable purchase conditions and mandatory law; these terms do not remove those rights.
16. Referrals and promotions
- 16.1 Use referral codes and promotional benefits only in the ways described by the program. Eligibility can depend on genuine account activity and other published conditions rather than simply entering a code.
- 16.2 Do not create fabricated users, use someone else's number or coordinate misleading activity to claim rewards. Do not make false promises about guaranteed earnings when inviting another person.
- 16.3 Promotional availability, amounts and completion conditions can vary. Review the current offer before participating and do not treat another user's description or a historic screenshot as the authoritative program terms.
17. Earnings and payouts
- 17.1 Earnings features are subject to the eligibility, completion and payout conditions displayed for the relevant program. A displayed estimate or pending entry should not be treated as a confirmed payout.
- 17.2 You are responsible for accurate information required for an available payout flow and for any personal tax obligations that apply. Use only accounts and payout details you are authorized to use.
- 17.3 Suspected manipulation or inconsistent activity may require review before a benefit is confirmed. These terms do not promise a fixed income, a payout deadline or a withdrawal method that has not been published for the program.
18. External services and links
- 18.1 You may open external websites, contact a business or use a provider-supported feature through Didloo. Review the terms and privacy notice of that service before submitting information or making a purchase.
- 18.2 Links and attachments sent by users are their content. Verify unfamiliar destinations, avoid deceptive login pages and exercise care with requests to install software or transfer money.
- 18.3 Third-party service availability can change and may depend on its own account, regional or technical requirements. Access through Didloo does not guarantee an external provider's performance or statements.
19. Availability, updates and changes
- 19.1 Install supported updates to benefit from fixes and compatibility improvements. Older versions may lose access to features where maintaining interoperability or security requires a newer version.
- 19.2 The service may experience maintenance, outages, delayed notifications or feature changes. Keep independent copies of information you need for your own records where you are entitled to retain it.
- 19.3 Feature limits, supported devices and regional availability may change. Any changes affecting a paid commitment or protected legal right remain subject to the relevant purchase conditions and applicable law.
20. Reports and enforcement
- 20.1 If you encounter misuse, preserve the relevant information and use any reporting control available for that feature or the official published contact. Avoid forwarding harmful content more widely than necessary to describe the issue.
- 20.2 Access may be restricted or suspended where necessary to address misuse, a security issue or a valid legal requirement. A restriction may affect an account, a session or a specific feature depending on the concern.
- 20.3 If you believe a restriction is mistaken, explain the issue through the available review or official contact route with relevant details. Do not evade the restriction using another account or submit fabricated evidence.
21. Ending use and account deletion
- 21.1 You may stop using the app and use the supported account deletion control when you wish to end your account. Review the deletion confirmation and resolve any important records or pending feature issues before proceeding.
- 21.2 Signing out or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account. Deleting an account does not recall copies of messages or files independently retained by recipients.
- 21.3 Content rights, outstanding transaction obligations and provisions that reasonably need to continue can remain relevant after use ends, subject to applicable law. Retention of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
22. Service limitations and liability
- 22.1 The app relies on software, networks and third-party infrastructure and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Evaluate whether it is suitable for the purpose for which you intend to use it.
- 22.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses is assessed under these terms and the governing legal requirements. This document does not set an arbitrary liability cap or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
- 22.3 Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections or other rights and remedies that applicable law preserves. Any limitation that is unenforceable applies only to the extent it can lawfully operate.
23. Disputes and applicable rights
- 23.1 For a service issue, first provide the relevant account or transaction information through the official contact route so the concern can be understood. Keep personal information and verification codes out of public posts.
- 23.2 Your applicable legal rights, available complaint mechanisms and competent authorities depend on your location and the nature of the dispute. No unverified court location or arbitration requirement is imposed by this document.
- 23.3 If a provision is unenforceable, other provisions remain relevant to the extent permitted by law. The document must be interpreted consistently with mandatory rights rather than as a reason to deny them.
24. Revisions and official contact details
- 24.1 Revised terms may be provided when the service or feature conditions change. Review the revision date and any notice presented for a material change before continuing to use the affected feature.
- 24.2 Use verified contact details published with the app or service for questions, complaints or account assistance. Do not trust a random message claiming to be official support, especially if it asks for a verification code or payment.
- 24.3 The operating entity, service address, verified support and grievance contacts, jurisdiction-specific terms and final purchase conditions require confirmation before these terms are treated as a final public legal agreement. No fictitious entity or contact has been supplied.
